Jenn + Chase | Wedding Trailer
Jenn & Chase had such an amazing time on their wedding day. They are the perfect example of a couple who truly wanted to take in every single moment of that special day. At the ceremony they both recited their own handwritten vows and at the reception Jenn even sang “New Years Eve” to Chase! It was a wonderful time with wonderful personalities!

Brandy + Barry’s photobooth
Studio Vieux Carre also offers a high quality photo booth for your wedding or event. The difference between our photo booth and the majority of photo booth rentals on the market is quality.
Many photo booth setups use the equivalent of an iPhone camera with direct flash. This can lead to poor quality, grainy, photos. We use a DSLR camera and studio lighting to capture the best possible quality. In addition to this our photo booth allows for group shots which most “photo booths in a box” type set ups simply cannot accomodate.
Instant prints and digital copies of every photo are included with every rental as well as constantly growing selection of unique, vintage props.

Joshua + Jessica ⏐ wedding trailer
I’ve always loved and respected traditional New Orleans weddings, steeped in romanticism, strong values + a dedication to family … Jessica + Joshua’s wedding was the perfect example of New Orleans family traditions held close to the heart ..
something borrowed ⏐ Jessica wore her mother’s wedding veil
something old ⏐ in her bouquet she carried her paternal grandmother’s handkerchief, wedding veil + a rosary, a confirmation gift from her grandmother
Parkview Guest House ⏐ Jessica’s great grandparents former home
Holy Name of Jesus ⏐ Jessica’s parents and grandparents were married there < how awesome is that?
I am envious of Jessica + Joshua .. how lucky they are to have not only these cherished family traditions + generational mementos … but for the opportunity to share them, in the present + presence of their vibrant + loving families.

Rachel + Taylor ❘ wedding trailer
Rachel + Taylor chose New Orleans as the destination for their wedding weekend. We were happy to spend so much time with them from their rehearsal dinner to Rachel’s bridal luncheon, to the wedding itself held at The New Orleans Museum of Art’s Sculpture Garden. The reception was held inside NOMA and then after the wedding concluded a dazzling fireworks display took place outside on the front lawn.
The party wasn’t over yet though as everyone boarded buses heading for downtown New Orleans where a second line parade made it’s way through the French Quarter till it reached it’s final destination at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.
We absolutely LOVE filming weddings like this!

Melissa + Corey ❘ wedding trailer
We started Melissa and Corey’s wedding at Le Foret restaurant for their rehearsal dinner. It’s always great to get a peek into the couple’s lives and hear the stories about how they met and the occasional shenanigans that took place during their courting process.
Corey is an active duty Navy Seal so there were plenty of members of the military in the wedding party and in attendance as guests.
The couple each got dressed at the Roosevelt Hotel which was right across the street from there ceremony location, Immaculate Conception Church on Baronne. Everyone then headed back to the Roosevelt where the reception took place as Groovy 7 rocked the crowd all night.

Melissa’s mother sent us this email after watching the trailer … makes us jump for joy!
Dear Terry and Joe,
I don’t know how to thank you for the amazing job you did on the video trailer of Melissa and Corey’s wedding. It was so deeply moving, in that you captured the essence of the joy and love of family and friends, and yet also captured how deeply John was missed during this time. All of us have watched the video repeatedly and are just blown away by the combination of music, spiritual clips, happy moments and great joy!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! It was a privilege to work with you.
God bless you both!
Ashley’s Bridal Prep
We normally post mostly our Quick Turn Around edits because they allow you to experience the entire wedding in a single clip. We figured that we’d go ahead and break that mold and bring to you something new, a Bridal Prep that we filmed for Ashley on her wedding day.
2 People 1 Life – Voodoo Ceremony
Studio Vieux Carre was humbled and honored that Lisa & Alex chose our studio to document their Voodoo Ceremony in New Orleans, LA.
The well traveled couple clearly embraced the culture and character of our charming & romantic New Orleans scene. Joe and I had a bloody brilliant time hanging out with Lisa, Alex, JoAnne & Jason Marino of Imagine Photography , Bloody Mary New Orleans Tours, Events & Spirit Encounters and the 20/20 crew, Gail Deutsch & Jay Schadler. A segment of this event will air on 20/20 January 18, 2013. Set your dvrs!

A couple in love, searching for the perfect place to get married. How? By having a wedding ceremony in each country we visit…
We are on an adventure of a lifetime. For three years we’re going to drive and ship around the globe in our 25 year old camper van ‘Peggy’ exchanging vows in the most unusual and unique wedding locations we can find.
We are looking to embrace the culture and local traditions of each place we visit.
We want to experience the difference in each ceremony and find out what it is that makes the bringing of two people together such a worldwide tradition, and of course let the world know!
At the end of the trip we will pick our favorite place and go back to officially tie the knot and this is the best bit! If you want to help us to support UNICEF through our UNICEF-Zankyou Wedding Registry you and a friend are in for the chance to be flown out all expenses paid to our final mystery destination wedding!
The wedding ceremony was also featured on Martha Stewart Weddings: click here!
